LAUNCHES "TITULARES Y MAS"
Miami, FL – March
23, 2005 --- Sports lovers will now have another reason to
tune-in to Telemundo. Beginning Thursday, March 31 at 11:35pm/10:35
CT, the Spanish-language network will launch "Titulares y
más", a new half-hour sports magazine show covering everything
sports fans want to know. All the sports news, highlights
and action, can be seen in this weekly show that provides
a fun analysis plus the unique perspectives of special guests,
including prominent athletes and the biggest stars in the
world of entertainment.
Alejandro Blanco,
Edgar López and Karim Mendiburu host "Titulares y más" bringing
their unique experience and knowledge and offering the best
sport news coverage on U.S. Hispanic television. They will
comment on current sports events from their own point of view
with a personal touch. "Titulares y más" was inspired by the
longest running and most successful sports program on Hispanic
television "Titulares Telemundo."
Alejandro, an expert
soccer analyst, will present the week's sports highlights.
Former Olympian Edgar, who has trained some of today's best
basketball players, will take viewers behind the scenes and
analyze the mind set of athletes, while Karim will bring his
energy and share his thoughts from the perspective of the
sports fans.
